For over 25 years working in the education, Hoan has deeply understood the difficulties of the students in the rural areas. Previously, there were 6 satellite points of the school, each had one or two classes with insufficient teaching tools, hence the teachers could not provide effective lessons.

Since the academic year 2013 – 2014 on the role of the Secretary of the Party Committee, Head Mistress of Ngoc Son Primary School, Hoan has consulted the local authority to add the facilities and gradually reduce the number of satellite points.

In 2019, the satellite school in Ngoc Tan village was newly built with 5 revamped classed with the joint efforts from the local residents to pave the yard, build the surrounding wall, school gate and car keeping place...

Total mobilized expense hit about 2 billion VND (86,206 USD), helping ensure the condition for teaching and studying for nearly 200 students at 5 grades.

Besides, the main school in Son Giao village was upgraded with repaired campus to welcome the students at the satellite points to come to study. Thanks to invested facilities, the school now focuses on enhancing the quality of education.

Apart from regularly joining the class, thoroughly exchanging the experience with colleagues, annually she assigns 3 to 5 officers and teachers to follow the training courses to improve the professional skill.

From the 23rd rank school in the district (academic year 2013 - 2014), after 6 years of active renovation, Ngoc Son Primary School now ranks 3 out of 35 schools, up 20 paces. The number of excellent teachers of all grades are 3 times higher than the general figure while the students’ achievements at the contest always top the district.

With these efforts, teacher Pham Thi Hoan has been recognized as the emulative soldier at the grassroots and provincial levels with many Certificate of Merits for years while the school is granted with the title of Excellent Labor Collective.

In November 2019, teacher Hoan was one of two teachers in Bac Giang province honored as the national outstanding teacher by the Ministry of Education and Training.
