Two enterprises present 800 Tet gifts to disadvantaged households and AO victims

(BGO) – Responding to the campaign of “Tet for the Poor and Agent Orange Victims (AO Victims)” in 2019 launched by the Red Cross Society (RCS) in the northern province of Bac Giang, Vinahan Joint Stock Company in Song Mai commune (Bac Giang city) and Habac Nitrogenous Fertilizer& Chemicals Joint Stock Company mobilized the expenses to present 500 gift packages (each worth 400,000 VND) and 300 gift sets (each valued at 500,000 VND) respectively. 

The total value of the gifts hit 350 million VND (over 15,000 USD) that will be directly handed over to the poor and AO victims in the province before the traditional Lunar New Year by these companies and the provincial RCS.

The representatives of Bac Giang Newspaper, authority in Tam Tien commune and Uli Company Limited present the gifts to the poor.

On the occasion of the upcoming Tet holiday, the Charitable Club of Uli Company Limited in Dinh Tram Industrial Park joined hand with Bac Giang Newspaper to offer Tet gifts to poor families in Tam Tien commune (Yen The district).

The club presented 30 gift sets, each worth 500,000 VND (21.56 USD) comprising of the blankets, clothes, rice, instant noodle and cash.
