For days, Viet Yen district has detected no new community infections. Entering new state is not only the happiness of the local authority and residents but also the expectation of Bac Giang’s people.

Chairman of Viet Yen district People’s Committee Nguyen Van Phuong said to firmly keep the current achievements, the district will continue strict implementation of disease prevention and control at the residential areas under medical quarantine and lock down condition; plan to open the traditional markets; further ban on festival, cultural, sports and entertainment activities at public places, religious and worshipping facilities.

Any meeting and gathering of over 10 people in a room, even 5 people besides the office, school and hospitals are also prohibited. Minimum distance of 2 meter must be kept between people at public places.

The district continues suspending the operation of facilities providing unnecessary services in the area such as river port, restaurant, open stores, entertainment, massage, karaoke, bar, online games and internet, sport center...

Regarding the funeral (if any), the organization should be held simply with small scale to gather less than 20 people.

The local people are called to restrict moving to other localities. The public transport activity is still suspended, but for commodity transporting vehicles.

Only workers of localities which have detected no community infection for 21 days are allowed to go to work by individual vehicles. Other qualified cases in the remaining places must be picked up to the businesses by pick-up buses or stay at the company until receiving new announcement to change the state.

Locals in Tang Tien commune strictly follow 5K message after the social quarantine period.

All locals are requested to voluntarily obey the disease preventive measures in line with 5K message of the Health Ministry, particularly Khau trang" (face mask) - "Khu khuan" (disinfection) - "Khoang cach" (distance) - "Khong tu tap" (no gathering) - "Khai bao y te" (health declaration); seriously make health declaration and boost up communication.

The community Covid-19 teams are kept good operation. The competent forces are reinforced to inspect and seriously punish any violation as well as take samples of regulated subjects and community for screening test.

Bac Giang: Nearly 3,000 Covid-19 patients fully recovered

(BGO) - On June 27, at the Bac Giang Lung Hospital, patient Ph.H.Th. (patient 6547) from Le Loi ward (Bac Giang city) was discharged from hospital. This was the first case using extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) in the province, who suffered the most severe symptoms among the patients treated here.
