The software has 4 component portals including family management, health record management, management of healthcare programme, report and list.

Each portal is equipped with specific function that allows to revise and update more information about public health examination and treatment.

Locals at Viet Tien commune are provided with health examination.

The officiers at the district Medical Center instructed the trainnees to practice logging in the system, adding new data, revising and deleting the data in each component portal, making the report, quoting the information and statistic for each field…in order to ensure a quick completion of accurate data input.

Especially, the software classifies and decentralizes the access right for specific level to ensure information content and document secret. Moreover, any arising change will be recorded with the history, time and changer.

Viet Yen district is scheduled to complete the dossier making, public health examination and management within 2019.
