Vietnam JMC Co.,Ltd to spend over 4 billion VND as laborers’ Tet bonus

(BGO) – To
welcome the upcoming 2020 Lunar New Year (the Year of the Mouse), the leader
board of Vietnam JCM Company Limited in Hong Thai commune, Viet Yen district (Bac
Giang province) decided to spend over 4 billion VND (over 172,500 USD) to give
Tet bonus to the laborers.
Now, the enterprise employs over 500 workers, each of whom will receive a bonus of 5 – 10 million VND (215 – 321 USD) depending on the salary average rate assessed per work efficiency and securities products. The current rate is 10 percent up comparing to 2019 bonus.

The laborers’ monthly income is about 7.5 million VND (323 USD) per person, increasing 1 million VND against 2018 figure.
Besides, on the occasion, all laborers will be presented Tet gift from the company trade union, each worth 150,000 VND while 15 families of difficult worker will be gifted Tet packages, each including 1 million VND in cash and a warm blanket.
