Vietnam enterprises are participating at the 11th International Plastics Exhibition 2020 (PLASTIVISION INDIA) that opened in the Maharashtra state of India on January 16.
The event is considered a good opportunity for Vietnamese exhibitors, which operate in mineral and plastic products, to introduce their products, develop a greater customer base, learn more about new technologies and share business ideas.

Organised for the first time in 1992, PLASTICVISION INDIA has become one of the top 10 events of the plastic sector globally.
The event attracts 1,500 exhibitors and over 250,000 visitors from India and 40 countries and territories, including the US, Canada, Germany, China, Japan, the Republic of Korea and Singapore.
Held by the All India Plastics Manufacturers' Association – a non-profit organisation aimed at the development of the plastic sector, the event was selected by the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry, the premier Paris-based exhibition authority, as a prestigious one.
The exhibition will last till January 20.
Vietnamese student’s product wins IEEE SEACAS Hackathon 2019
With their technology product the "Magic Spoon", used by elderly people with essential tremor and Parkinson's disease, a group of two Vietnamese students from the University of Engineering and Technology (UET) – Vietnam National University (VNU) has won the first prize at the IEEE SEACAS Hackathon 2019 held in Malaysia.
Vietnam promotes handicraft products in India
The Vietnamese Trade Office in India set up a pavilion to sell handicraft products at the India International Mega Trade Fair (IIMTF), which took place in Kolkata city in West Bengal State from December 13-25.

Van Hai, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the provincial
Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People's Council as well as
representatives of many member businesses and entrepreneurs.
