Some recommended the treatment of domestic waste in industrial parks and clusters and urban areas in the province; and proposed the provincial Party Committee and the provincial People's Committee pay attention to issuing policies to help businesses solve bad debts and access land and capital to develop production and business.

Listening to the opinions, Chairman Thai said that over the past time, businesses and entrepreneurs in the province have been growing in both quantity and quality. In the coming time, the province will continue working with departments and agencies to devise policies on capital, business and investment procedures, and site clearance in order to help enterprises develop sustainably.

Regarding land pricing, he said right in January 2020, the provincial People's Committee will discuss with the departments, agencies and sectors to fix the prices. Waste in industrial zones and clusters and urban areas in particular and in the whole province in general will be burned at first and then the province will study long term measures.

For resolving bad debts and recovering land for sale to bid-winning enterprises, he asked units concerned to send documents to the provincial People's Committee for consideration.

Talking with businessmen, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Bui Van Hai affirmed that the province's consistent policy is to develop comprehensively the industry, services and agriculture sectors. In which, industrial development is based on enterprises, with foreign enterprises as a wave and domestic enterprises focusing on changing themselves step by step.

In order to develop industry, the province is focusing on the planning of industrial parks and clusters, which will then be included in the province's general socio-economic development plan in 2020. The general view of the province is to develop local enterprises according to a procedure.

The provincial Business Association needs to consolidate its apparatus from the provincial to district level and make specific plans and orientations for support programmes for enterprises to develop better; while organizing exchanges to learn experience from good performers as well as changing operational methods in a creative and practical manner to help businesses and entrepreneurs develop in terms of quality.

On this occasion, four outstanding entrepreneurs of the province in 2019 received the Certificates of Merit from the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

(BGO) – Bac Giang province is now home to thousands of operating businesses. Among them are many excellent production and business units that have well fulfilled tax duties and been commended and rewarded by the tax sector for many consecutive years.

547 new businesses established in first six months

(BGO) – Bac Giang province has granted the business registration certificate to 547 enterprises and 37 branches and representative offices in the first six month of this year, up 6.6 percent comparing to the same period last year with total registered capital of over 4.6 trillion VND (197.2 million USD) increasing 14.8 percent against previous figure.  

Nearly 100 businesses participate in online job transaction session

(BGO) - On March 7, the Job Center under the Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs of Bac Giang province) organized an online job transaction session connecting 12 provinces and cities including Bac Ninh, Hanoi, Hai Duong, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, son La , Hoa Binh, Lang Son, Quang Ninh, Thai Nguyen, Vinh Phuc and Bac Giang. This was also the first job transaction session in the Lunar New Year 2019.
