Vietnam's Covid-19 infection tally tops 20,000 cases

Vietnam documented more than 20,000 Covid-19 infections as of 6:00 am on July 5, 2021.
328 new cases of Covid-19 reported on Monday morning
All the 328 new cases are confirmed domestically in HCM City (175), Đồng Tháp (100), Phú Yên (23), Hưng Yên (9), Khánh Hòa (8), An Giang (6), Long An (2), Bắc Ninh (2), Lạng Sơn (1), Đồng Nai (1), and Sóc Trăng (1). Of the new cases, 272 were found in locked down or quarantine areas.
Vietnam records 263 local Covid cases
Vietnam recorded 263 new local Covid-19 cases Sunday morning, mostly in HCMC. 217 cases were recorded in HCMC, 17 in Phu Yen, 15 in Long An, nine in Khanh Hoa, two each in Ba Ria-Vung Tau and Dong Thap, and one in An Giang.
Vietnam's domestic Covid case count rises by 147
The Health Ministry announced another 147 Covid-19 patients Friday morning, with 118 recorded in Ho Chi Minh City.

Vietnam's ongoing outbreak continues to grow with 189 new domestic Covid-19 patients confirmed Thursday morning, including 158 cases in HCMC.
