The "Tet Reunion" program is a meaningful activity organized annually by the Labor Confederation of Bac Giang province for workers in the industrial parks.

The delegates cut the ribbon to open the Tet reunion - Spring sharing - Trade Union market program.

In the past 10 years, the Labor Confederation of Bac Giang province has organized 9 seasons while the Labor Federation of districts, towns, cities and the trade union of sectors and grassroots levels have launched the event 5,800 times.

It demonstrated the role and responsibility of trade unions in caring for and protecting the legal and legitimate rights and interests of union members, workers and employees, helped them access quality goods and services at preferential prices.

Provincial leaders present gifts to workers in difficult circumstances.

This year, the program took place from January 27 - 29 with many diverse activities such as 120 booths selling products at preferential prices or zero VND for laborers and needy workers; cultural exchange; legal propaganda and advice; lucky draw; Banh chung making contest among others.

In addition, the Labor Confederation of Bac Giang province presented 30 bus tickets to 30 workers from far away hometowns to return home for Tet holiday.

Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan has awarded Labour Orders to students who won prizes at International Olympiads and international science-technology competitions in 2023.

Bac Giang inks cooperation agreements with 5 partners on welfare programmes for labourers

BAC GIANG- The Provincial Confederation of Labour has signed cooperation agreements on social welfare programmes for trade union members and labourers with 5 partners in Hanoi including Bell Duc Company Limited, Hogi Group International Trade Joint Stock Company, Minh Phuc ASIA Pharmaceutical Company Limited, Tre Viet Clinic belonging to Hai Nam Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Join Stock Company and Vietnam Association of Household Ceramics.

Over 2.6 million USD to support Hanoi needy labourers on Tet occasion

The Hanoi Federation of Labour plans to provide support for over 115,000 trade unionists and labourers living in difficult circumstances in the city on the occasion of the Lunar New Year (Tet) festival, with a total amount of 65 billion VND (2.65 million USD), according to the federation’s Chairman Pham Quang Thanh.
