So far, the items under the first phase of Tay Yen Tu spiritual and ecological tourism site have been basically completed while finishing the procedure to hand over 7.3 hectares of resettlement area to the Investor.

To prepare for the Spring festival and Tay Yen Tu Cultural and Tourism Week, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has coordinated with relevant enterprises to survey, finalize the layout map of cultural, art and sports activities, showcase and exhibition spaces at the festival.

The project execution has encountered several obstacles such as low transport connection between Tay Yen Tu spiritual ecological tourism site (Bac Giang province) and Yen Tu landscape relic site (Quang Ninh province); disagreement of some local households with the compensation for the land clearance, leading to delayed construction schedule of the resettlement area.

After actually inspecting the site, concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman Le Anh Duong urged the parties to promptly prepare the method to count the projects on the land avoiding any complicated issued raised. The People’s Committee in Son Dong district should closely collaborate with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment in executing land clearance.

Regarding the resettlement, the parties temporarily received the areas at the field while the next parts will be handed as the block divided and distributed by the district People’s Committee.

Vice Chairman Le Anh Duong also requested the Tay Yen Tu Service Joint Stock Company to speed up the complete schedule of the project items under the first phase; launch the Tay Yen Tu cable car system to serve the visitors before the Lunar New Year (Year of the Pig); arrange the electric cars as well as the vehicle keeping station for the festival goers.

The workers are working actively at Tay Yen Tu construction site on the last days of the year.

The People’s Committee in Son Dong district should prepare the programme to ensure the environmental protection, wastes collection and disposal; plan the booths to sell the commodities, introduce tourism products so as to create a good imprint in the residents and visitors near and far.

The Spring Festival and Tay Yen Tu Cultural Tourism Week 2019 are scheduled at February 14-20, 2019 with numerous cultural activities held at the localities of Yen Dung, Luc Nam, Luc Ngan, Son Dong and Bac Giang city.

(BGO) – According to the Division of Culture and Information in Son Dong district Bac Giang province, to date, more than 80,000 tourists have visited Tay Yen Tu spiritual ecotourism complex in Tuan Mau commune (Son Dong district).

 

Phat moc ritual held to build Upper sanctuary of Tay Yen Tu’s Lower pagoda

(BGO) – Le phat moc (wood logging ritual) was held on April 13 by the Construction Management Board (CMB) of Tay Yen Tu spiritual cultural site at the Vietnam Buddhist Institute in Phu Ninh commune, Soc Son district (Hanoi) to build Thuong dien (Upper sanctuary) of Ha pagoda (Lower pagoda) in Tuan Mau commune, Son Dong district, Bac Giang province.

(BGO) - The cable car system and Thuong (Upper) pagoda in Tay Yen Tu tourism complex at Tuan Mau commune, Son Dong district, Bac Giang province are scheduled to be opened on 2 September to serve tourists.
