Visiting the provincial Public Administrative Center (PAC), the delegates were briefed about the function, task and result of handling administrative procedure document. Particularly in May 2022, the PAC received more than 23,000 documents. The Center also communicates, instructs organizations and individuals to use zalo application to proceed public services at level 3 and 4; guides online document for users at the center. Over 90 percent of document were returned ahead of schedule.

At FuGiang Company Limited which invested in infrastructure of Van Trung industrial park, the delegates were informed about Taiwanese Foxconn Technology Group, the investment procedure of the Group to Bac Giang province, master plan, investment attraction and business activities at the industrial park.

The representatives discussed and exchanged about licence issuance, investment attraction, incentive policy from Bac Giang province. Then Laos delegation visited S-Connect BG Vina Company Limited.

At the same day, the delegation visited and had working session with Bac Giang Agriculture and Forestry University (BAFU). According to the cooperation plan, BAFU is assigned to support Xaysomboun province to train two masters, three bachelors/engineers from 2023; support short term technical training course for 15 people; launch exchange activities for students in two provinces.

Governor Phoikham Houngbounyuang was delighted at the quick implementation of the bilateral cooperation agreement by BAFU and pressed that many leaders of Laos Party and State used to study in Vietnam. Personally, he had studied in Vietnam since high school.

Permanent Vice Chairman of Bac Giang provincial People’s Committee Mai Son urged BAFU and competent agencies of Xaysomboun province to join hand in early implementation of short term technical training course for 15 officials and engineers in Bac Giang per the Cooperation Agreement.
