14 new eateries in Vietnam join 2025 Michelin Selected list
Five eateries in Hanoi, six in Ho Chi Minh City and three in Da Nang City joined this year's Michelin Selected list, raising the total to 109.
The Hanoi restaurants are Hieu Luc- Canh ca ro Hung Yen, Lamai Garden, Vien Dining, Pho cuon Chinh Thang and Pho Tien.

In HCMC, the new restaurants featured are Ba Co Loc Coc, Hoi An Sense, Nephele, Okra FoodBar, ST25 by KOTO and The Albion by Kirk Westaway.
Three eateries in Da Nang included are Bep Cuon, Bun rieu cua and Moc, as announced at a ceremony in the city on Thursday night, the third year Michelin Guide honors restaurants in Vietnam.
Michelin Selected list is recommended by Michelin inspectors for dining establishments that are worth trying but do not meet the criteria for Michelin Star or Bib Gourmand awards, the latter for eateries offering delicious food at affordable prices.
The Michelin-Selected distinction signifies recognition for extraordinary establishments that deliver exceptional dining experiences and ensure customer satisfaction.
The newly released restaurant selection showcases 181 establishments – featuring nine one Michelin-starred restaurants, 63 Bib Gourmand and 109 establishments selected for their quality cuisine.
