Updated: 12:35, 04/06/2025

BAC GIANG – In addition to fresh and dried lychee, producers in Luc Ngan District and Chu Township of Bac Giang province are creating an array of processed goods, helping diversify local agri-products and promote tourism-oriented gift items.

Local businesses and cooperatives are producing yogurt, wine, tea, cakes, cleaning products and vinegar made from lychee. Notable examples include lychee-infused bread made with lychee juice instead of sugar, sponge cake using fermented lychee juice, and Lychee Wine (Le Chi brand) from Dong Dao Tourism Cooperative.
