74 F1 cases of Covid-19 patients in Bac Giang province tested negative to novel coronavirus twice

(BGO) – As of August 13, Bac Giang province recorded 3,006 people relating to Covid-19 patients, including 74 F1, 994 F2 and 1,932 F3. 

635 people were taken sample for testing, 598 of whom tested negative while 37 others are waiting for their results. According to the provincial Center of Disease Control, all testing result of F1 cases were negative in the second test.

The local peple have their body temperature checked at the disease control station No 7 in San 3 village, Huu San commune (Son Dong district).

All F1 and F2 cases relating to 6 patients in a family residing at Dong Chu village, Yen Dinh commune (Son Dong district) were taken sample and tested negative also.

Now, 427 people are put under concentrated isolation in the province, including 155 Vietnamese, 270 Chinese and 1 Korean. Meanwhile, 4 suspected cases under quarantine at the medical facilities tested negative to the novel coronavirus but still put in strict control.

Bac Giang province has two facilities with sufficient condition for SARS-CoV-2 affirmation test, namely provincial Center of Disease Control and provincial General Hospital.

The current capacity of 400 samples per day is increased up to 1,300 samples per day so as to speed up the screening test for rejection to actively support the provincial disease prevention and control.
