After two years of implementation, the province has 1,231 APs received and released the result via PPS, accounting for 62 percent. To date, the provincial Post Office has set up 68 out of 217 service points.
As of September 20, over 220,000 dossiers and results were delivered via PPS, ensuring the delivery quality without any lost or damaged case. However, some dossiers were returned behind the schedule.

At the meeting, the representatives highly evaluated the execution efficiency and specified some shortcomings such as defining the list of APs to register for request-receiving and result-returning via PPS of the departments, sectors and localities that are not attached to actual demand or some staff in post office who are concurrently having many duties failed to instruct the simple procedures, thus leading to the dossiers to be revised several times.
Addressing the meeting, Vice Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Thu Ha urged the departments, agencies and sectors to review the data to update the report then submit to the Office of the provincial People’s Committee for summary and further paid due attention to effectively executing the Decision No.45 while coordinating with the Post Office to regularly send and receive the announced APs as well as publicly post the list of APs with PPS at the one-stop shop at all levels.
Additionally, the information technology application should be boosted to link the single window software integration. The departments and sectors have to regularly update and declare any arising change in their own APs on the website of public administrative information and provincial portal.

Besides, the provincial Post Office was requested to research to invest more advanced equipment; train the staff to be ready to receive the public services and release the results at level 3 and 4; publicly announce the rate of fees and working time of the PPS points; enhance the service quality and shorten down the request receiving and result releasing period; research to realize the texting service to inform the resident and especially ensure the dossiers’ safety and security.
The Department of Information and Communication will act as the contact point for expediting and supervising the implementation of the Decision No.45 from the departments, agencies, sectors and People’s Committees in the district level while monthly summarizing the report to submit to the provincial authority.
