Particularly, any labour who is fully vaccinated against Covid-19 (two vaccine shots and the second was administered at least 14 days ago and not over 12 months) or was contracted to the disease and fully recovered within six months is free from screening test.

Regarding the labours with one vaccine shot or two shots but the second is not over 14 days, the enterprise must conduct screening test for 20 percent of these cases every two week.

Regarding the high risk labours regulated by the Ministry of Health and labour without any vaccine shot, the employers must conduct screening test for them once per week.

Screening test will be conducted once per week for labours residing at the provinces and cities which have yet to control community infection over 21 days returning and coming to work/returning home everyday.

All cases with fever, cough, sore throat, breath difficulties...; labours returning from pandemic hit areas at level 4 or regional medical isolation (lockdown); any suspected person or those with epidemic investigation direction in the third grade pandemic hit localities must conduct immediate medical declaration and RT-PCR test.
