During the period, the members were divided into groups to conduct various tasks at the field hospitals and treatment facilities to critical cases so as to help the localities cure patients timely.

The voluntary delegation to HCMC had 31 members working at the Field Hospital No.10 in Thu Duc city and Cu Chi Field Hospital. Mean while, 35 doctors and nurses supported Binh Duong province and worked at Thoi Hoa Field Hospital in Ben Cat city. It is the biggest field hospital nationwide that treated about 16,000 patients at peak period.

Thanks to the active assistance from Bac Giang’s doctors and nurses, the red area is gradually narrowed to expand the green one, making the life of people in HCMC and Binh Duong province to return to new normal state.

The medical delegation supporting disease combat in HCMC returns to Bac Giang province.

Currently, all members in the delegation are safe and healthy with negative test result before returning to home land. Right after coming to Bac Giang, they were taken to centralized quarantine site at the provincial Nursing Center for National Contributors.

So far, Bac Giang province has dispatched 11 delegations to support Covid-19 fight at Southern provincies, Hanoi city and Ha Nam province with more than 1,300 medics. All delegations completed the tasks and returned home.
