Bac Giang completes to support Hanoi city in Covid-19 test
According to Le Tien Cuong, Vice Director of the provincial Center of Disease Control (CDC), after 5 days assisting Long Bien district (Hanoi city), the working delegates took nearly 89,000 samples (combining 10 samples) for representatives of each household in the district which were delivered to the provincial CDC daily for testing. All the samples tested negative to SARS-CoV-2, thus Long Bien district is still safe “green area”.

The working for testing assistance had 416 medical officials and staff were divided into 104 teams to take sample for testing at 14 wards in Long Bien district. Before taking samples, the health workers instructed the locals to install Bluezone app and made health declaration online to receive result on smartphone so as to speed up the progress of returning the test result.
Bac Giang’s delegate assisting Hanoi city included 2 groups for taking sample for Covid-19 test and administering vaccine doses. As of September 13, nearly 400 members of vaccination group still stayed to support vaccine injection in Long Bien district.

So far, the group supported to inject 78,500 people, accounting for 57 percent of population. As schedule, all people aged over 18 will receive Covid-19 shot by September 15.
Bac Giang is the province to assign many medical officials and staff to support Hanoi city in Covid-19 fight earliest as the joint effort to control the disease and enter new normal state.
