The application of high-tech 3D/360-degree scanning technology will recreate a part of the provincial panoramic view from above which allow visitors to admire local tourist attractions with an aerial view. During the experience period, visitors can interact to choose any place when moving from the tourist attraction to historical relic sites in the form of a 360 virtual reality tour.

The Project also builds and develops software application “Smart 3D/360 degree Interact Tourism Map in Bac Giang province”. It is an application to offer visitor a virtual reality tour to a destination by experiencing 3D image, video and sound integrated in a control system.

These applications are operated independently on computers, smartphones, tablets or touch screens which are easy to use via the control screen, touch screen or virtual reality technology.

As schedule, the number of 3D scanned points for the project will reach 100 images, including places such as: Special national historical sites, February 3 Square and Provincial Convention Center, Provincial Gymnasium; Memorial Site of Uncle Ho’s 6 Teachings to the Public Security Forces; 18 architectural works, tourist attractions and beautiful landscapes in the province. The project is executed with total cost of 2.6 billion VND and completed in December 2023 as schedule.
