Accordingly, Bac Giang province is allowed to use Zalo application in administrative reform. Users can enjoy a number of conveniences from Zalo application such as searching for information and results of the administrative procedures with QR code and receipt numbers, auto-SMS (short message service) about administrative dossier processing, ranking levels of satisfaction towards the public agencies, public servants and officials.

The northern province of Quang Ninh and the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) have led the Public Administration Reform Index 2018 (PAR INDEX) announced by the Government Steering Committee for Administrative Reform during a conference in Hanoi on May 24.
