The research area for adjusted planning must be successive and connective which is based on upper-level planning and the 1/500 detail planning of Tay Yen Tu spiritual and ecological tourism complex in Son Dong district approved by the provincial People’s Committee of Bac Giang province, connecting to neighbouring areas for long-term vision.

Besides, it is necessary to consider the connection of space, landscape architecture and land use functions between the planning area and adjacent regions.

The main items for investment and construction are technical infrastructure such as leveling, traffic routes, parking lots, power supply and lighting system, water supply and drainage and tank sewers.
