Bac Giang approves for detailed planning to build 75 ha industrial cluster in Hiep Hoa
BAC GIANG - The People's Committee of Bac Giang province has just issued a Decision approving for the detailed planning to build Danh Thang - Doan Bai Industrial Cluster in Hiep Hoa district with the scale 1/500.
Specifically, the planned area belongs to the administrative boundaries of Doan Bai commune and Danh Thang commune in Hiep Hoa district.

It borders planned Ring Road 2 connecting to National Highway 37 to the North, planned road N1 connecting to National Highway 37 to the South; the current residential areas of Dong Da village and Phuc Thinh village and the road connecting Thang town with Ring Road 4 to the East and the drainage canal to the West.
The scale of the planning research area is about 74.9 hectares. It is a green industrial cluster with modern, advanced, environmentally friendly technology that will attract various fields of mechanical industry; electrical - electronic industry; agricultural and forestry product processing; garment industry; pharmaceuticals, animal feed; manufacturing and processing industry and supporting industry.
According to the spatial organization planning, landscape architecture and urban design, Danh Thang - Doan Bai Industrial Cluster arranges a 28.5m wide main spatial axis as the main axis of the cluster from ring road 2 to the center of the project and ends at the intersection with N1 road so as to create aesthetics and conveniently arrange industrial clusters and enterprises.
