Accordingly, the area is located in Dong Phuc and Tu Mai communes. It borders the provincial road No.299D to the Northeast; farming land, residential area in Tan Ninh, Tu Mai and Dong Cao villages to the Northwest; irrigation channels N1 and Cau river to the West; farming land and residential area in Dong Nhan and Hoang Phuc villages to the South.

The research scope for planning covers about 359.87 hectares to build a general industrial park of various fields, mostly processing and manufacturing industry with high technology, advanced production and friendly to the environment.

The factories will be built in various form to meet the special technology requirement. The center and service facilities are constructed under centralized model. The technical infrastructure will be arranged alongside the industrial park with several items like clean water station, power station, waste water treatment…

Moreover, trees will be planted across the area to create landscape and restrict environmental pollution.

The traffic system will follow roundabout network with qualified turning circle at the intersection to ease the vehicles’ transportation. Four car parking lots will be arranged across the industrial park to meet the demand of various vehicles.

The index of industrial production in the first 11 months of this year increased by 8.6% year-on-year, according to the General Statistics Office.
