The planning task is made synchronously and modernly with long term vision, highlights as well as save the land use to create connectivity in term of transport and urban to provincial localities and Hanoi capital region to tap the potentials effectively.

The center of city should be developed toward compressed urban with more high sky buildings to spend the land source for general space development and social utilities.

The city continues further administrative reform in close attachment with information technology application and digital transformation to public the operation of state organizations and satisfy people and businesses.
