The households, who have registered to voluntarily plant, take care and protect the forests, will receive the assistance when they cannot afford food themselves in the 2019-2023 period.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development was asked to take the responsibility for reporting contents and data.

The People’s Committee of Bac Giang province was requested to deliver the rice to the beneficiaries in line with the policy.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Finance will work with the committee to define the actual rice amount for each year to suit the real demand, ensuring the time and roadmap of the project’s implementation and the total amount does not exceed the one decided by the PM.
