Bac Giang holds online job transaction session with Northern localities
This activity supported business in labour employment to stabilize the production after the suspension time due to Covid-19. Nearly 100 enterprises registered to participate in the session to employ about 30,000 labours.

The job service centers’ portals in these above mentioned provinces and cities also posted information about the job position, salary, bonus and social welfare policies so that labours can select the suitable ones.
At Bac Giang bridge point, 12 businesses joined the event with employment demand of over 300 people. Ending the session, they succeeded to directly employ nearly 200 labourers.
According to the statistic of the provincial JSC, 128 businesses inside and outside the province have registered to recruit more than 60,000 positions, including over 80 percent of untrained labours, typically Luxshare-ICT Company Limited (20,000 labours), Newwing Interconnect Technology Co.,Ltd (15,000 labours), Lens Technology Vietnam Co.,Ltd (2,000 people)...
Following the instruction form the Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, to support businesses in labour employment, the JSC has synchronously implemented several measures, especially application of information technology to connect labour supply and demand, and coordinated with the districts and city to popularize the companies’ job vacancies so that the labourers get update and apply for suitable one.

Moreover, the JSC regularly organizes online job transaction sessions every month, links to provinces to support the employees and businesses to hold online interview.
Besides, the JSC arranges officials to closely coordinate with the human resource division to pick up workers to the interview site, conduct Covid-19 test to ensure safe labours and effectively realize duo target of disease prevention and production recovery and development.
