Accordingly, the Chairman of the provincial People's Committee requests authorities at all levels, sectors and localities to synchronously, drastically and effectively implement solutions to prevent and control the pandemic from now until the end of 2021 as follows:

Strictly implementing plans and options for epidemic prevention and control in production and business.

Firstly, continue to regularly and seriously maintain the direction and inspection activities of the provincial Steering Committee for Covid-19 prevention and control and its supporting units at all levels. Firmly grasp the development of the epidemic situation to make a comprehensive and complete assessment of risks of pandemic resurgence in the locality, thereby proactively putting forth appropriate, realistic and effective response measures; continue to show responsibility of Bac Giang in joining the whole country in the fight against the epidemic.

Secondly, regularly promote widespread communications on the prevention and control of the Covid-19 pandemic so that cadres, civil servants, public employees and people raise their sense of responsibility and vigilance.

Thirdly, uphold the strength of the entire people in epidemic prevention and control. Continue to review, consolidate and invest in equipment and improve the quality and efficiency of the operation of community-based Covid-19 teams.

Fourthly, prevent the epidemic from entering from outside. Firmly grasp the number of people coming to/from localities, especially those being hit by the pandemic, for timely and appropriate management in line with regulations; request cadres, civil servants, public employees and people not to go out of the province when unnecessary.

Fifthly, prevent the epidemic from spreading inside. Request production and business establishments inside and outside industrial parks to review, supplement and strictly implement plans and options for epidemic prevention and control in production and business, strictly follow the motto: “Producing to fight the pandemic, fighting the epidemic for production” and ensure the principle: Safe workers - safe production - safe traffic - safe hostels.

Sixthly, prepare conditions for epidemic prevention and control in the spirit of "four on-the-spot".

Seventhly, tighten discipline and strictly punish irresponsible collectives and individuals who violate regulations on epidemic prevention and control. Promptly reward and encourage collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the work.

Eighthly, the heads are responsible for epidemic prevention and control at agencies, units and localities under their charge.

Ninthly, the provincial Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations at all levels are requested to strengthen dissemination of regulations on Covid-19 prevention and control among people of all classes in the localities; encourage organizations, members and youth union members to actively participate in the combat and strictly observe regulations on pandemic prevention and control.
