According to PPC Vice Chairman Le Anh Duong in his conclusion, the pandemic situation worldwide is still very serious. The levels, sectors and people should make joint efforts to implement the double duty but still giving top priority to the pandemic fight and gradually recovering and fostering socio-economic development.
PPC Vice Chairman stressed, apart from preventing the epidemic spread from the domestic outbreaks, Bac Giang will face 3 risks of infection including foreign workers permitted to immigrate Bac Giang from 23 April, Chinese traders coming to buy farm produce especially upcoming lychee season and Bac Giang people returning from abroad when the Government gradually opens the borders.
He added, those who come from abroad will be quarantined under medical supervision. The Department of Industry and Trade in collaboration with the departments of Health, Foreign Affairs and the districts growing lychee particularly Luc Ngan need to soon submit the plan on pandemic control for foreign traders especially Chinese people.
The localities were urged to continue reminding people about wearing face masks in public, regularly sterilizing and not gathering to prevent infection while strictly sanctioning violations against the regulations on pandemic prevention and control.
It is necessary to continue supervising health status of people returning from abroad since March 7. The new cases returning the province from April 23 are still under concentrated quarantine and requested to self-monitor their health condition at home for 14 days more.

The districts and city are requested to accelerate supporting citizens and enterprises affected by the pandemic, well prepare for students coming back school, continue testing suspected cases, isolated people and those directly contacted with Covid-19 patients and prevent infection in the medical facilities. Each department, sector and locality need to implement the measures to live safely with the pandemic.
