Its main items include five workshops, a wastewater treatment station, scrap and chemical warehouses, a domestic waste treatment facility, and some auxiliary items such as gates, fences and tree campuses.
It is expected that the company will put the factory into operation by the end of this year, creating jobs for about 6,000 workers.
To ensure on-time completion, the investor has regularly urged the contractor to speed up progress. Currently, the contractor is mobilizing 1,500 workers, engineers and hundreds of equipment to serve the construction.
To avoid dirt that affects the environment as well as other businesses, the contractor has arranged puddles to wash the wheels of trucks carrying materials to the construction site. It has also assigned workers on duty at the gate to spay water to sweep away soil and sand. Therefore, despite heavy rain the night before, the roads near the construction site were still clean.
Tran Van Son, Deputy Director in charge of engineering at Fuyu said: “We closely supervise the contractor and require it to strictly observe labor safety and organize reasonable overtime. With the current progress, the project is expected to be completed in November 2023, ahead of schedule.”
Fulian Precision Technology Component Co., Ltd. is also constructing works in the first phase of 50-hectare Fulian Precision Technology Factory project. It is expected to be put into operation in late 2024 or early 2025, attracting about 50,000 employees.
