The Department of Industry and Trade, Natural Resources and Environment, the People’s Committee in the districts and city must focus on the site clearance measure, infrastructure construction to draw secondary investors to the areas.
Especially in the upcoming time, the Department of Industry and Trade should coordinate with the competent agencies, districts and city to carefully select the enterprises satisfying such criteria of economical use of land fund, application of modern technology, potential capability to contribute to the budget; actively welcome new wave of investment to drive the local socio-economic growth.
