Bac Giang team wins 9 medals at National Badminton, Table Tennis Championship for Families

(BGO) – The National Badminton and Table Tennis Championship
for Families in 2019 was jointly organized by Vietnam Sports Administration and
the Department of Culture and Sports in Thua Thien Hue province, drawing 328
athletes from 31 provinces, cities and sectors across the nation.
The athletes competed in various categories of badminton and table tennis under different age groups.

14 players from the northern province of Bac Giang participated in the event and proved for a high determination. Bac Giang team pocketed 2 golds, 2 silvers and 5 bronzes.
The gold medals were awarded to couples of mother and daughter Tran Thi Nga and Le Thi Anh Ngoc in badminton as well as father and daughter Nguyen Dinh Tinh and Nguyen Anh Ngoc in table tennis event.

organized in Dak Lak province from June 9-16, luring nearly 140 youth players
from 21 provinces, cities and sectors across the nation.

Nguyen Tien Minh has won the Yonex Waikato International 2019 in New Zealand, his second title in just one week.
Vietnam’s top badminton player Nguyen Tien Minh secured the overall victory at the Yonex North Harbour International Tournament, which ended in New Zealand on March 24.
(BGO) – The badminton team of Bac Giang province completed the National Sports Festival (NSF) with one gold, one silver and two bronzes. Though the result was not fully satisfied the fans’ expectation, the local sports sector can trust in the future talented generation.
