Bac Giang’s smart tourism portal is aimed at enhancing the state management in tourism sector, effective implementation of IT application in tourism development, strengthening integration and information sharing to create close connection among stage management agencies, enterprises, people and tourists, meeting demands of the tourists and supporting enterprises to promote tourism products.

In addition, it helps the state agencies to improve management efficiency in response to the industrial revolution contributing to heightening competitive capacity of Bac Giang’s tourism.

The implementation of setting up Bac Giang’s smart tourism portal includes designing software with smart tourism application and digital tourism map on smart phones, developing Bac Giang smart tourism portal and establishing smart tourism ecosystem.

It is planned to set up digital data of Bac Giang tourism including information of tourist guides, international travel companies and tourist accommodation while providing digital information system of tourists, tourist sites and tourist service establishments.

Besides, the smart portal will be integrated with apps to support tourists in making tours, online booking and payment for tourist services and deal with tourist’s responses. An automatic SMS system will be established to send messages to tourists as travelling to the province.

The tourism smart portal is scheduled to come into operation in 2021 at https://dulichbacgiang.vn.

(BGO) -  The 2019 Fair for orange, pomelo and signature products in Luc Ngan district was held from November 29 – December 1, drawing dozens of thousands of visitors in and outside Bac Giang province. (BGO) – After 10 month of building and operating the Smart Tourism Portal in the northern province of Bac Giang, to date, it has supplied information about the price and facilities of 17 standard hotels ranging from 1 to 4 stars, 35 restaurants, 48 outstanding tourism and historical sites and complexes, 9 shopping places, 30 gasoline stations, 23 medical establishments, 96 ATM...in the province.
