The planning area is located in Ninh Son commune. It borders the provincial road No.398 to the North, agriculture land to the South, current residential area in Phuc Ninh and Noi Ninh villages to the East, agriculture land to the West.

The research area covers about 79.5ha to build Logistics Hub of Bac Giang province and Vietnam Northeast region with modern technical infrastructure and technology.

The Logistics Hub is connected to adjacent areas by provincial road No.398 in the North and the route in the West of planning area. The main entrance to the Hub together with service, trading and office building creates spotlight to the Western area and leads to main road of the planning area.

The service, trading and office building is located in the center of the area that provides services for workers, transport services by electric car or bycicle…for visitors as well as open space for night activities and various events.

Main tree space are mostly arranged in the South of the area. Transport and port are located in the Northeast and Southeast area to transfer, store the commodities, refuel, repair and maintain as well as provide resting place for drivers after long journey or waiting time.

Major items for construction and investment area commercial, service, office, storage, factory, traffic system, water drainage and supply, power supply, waste water treatment station among others.
