Programmes like Good morning and Entertaining music are aired alternatively every day within 30 – 45 minutes to provide the internal information of the company, favourite songs or funny story to link all people.

The Secretary of the provincial Youth Union of Enterprise Block Tran Quang Hanh said though the grass roots youth unions in the enterprises strives to launch many activities to create the playground for the youth, the programmes and contents are not so diverse to attract large crowd.

To recover the shortcoming, the youth union should take advantages of the agreement from the leaders to recommend to launch useful and meaningful activities for the youth workers. Actually, when their spiritual culture demand is satisfied, the labors will work for the enterprises longer with higher working efficiency and lower rate of strike and social issues.

In the upcoming time, the provincial Youth Union of Enterprise Block will further instruct the grass root youth unions to consult the company leaders on the plan and agenda to create the playground for the youth workers, helping them tightly attach to the enterprise.

Particularly, the activities should be launched in close connection with major national holidays to draw the youth workers’s participation in order to have chances to study and exchange for progress.

Some 70,000 USD spent to present gifts to workers on Mid-autumn Festival
