He always upholds the spirit of responsibility, exploration and researches initiatives that benefit businesses. After 4 years of working here, he has had many new ideas and initiatives to help improve the process of locking clothes, two of which are widely applied in all production lines, benefiting businesses hundreds of millions of VND per year.
Similarly, Diem Cong Hai, Head of Laboratory, Chairman of the Trade Union of Unico Global Vietnam Company Limited in Tan An town (Yen Dung district) has actively researched and guided other staff to strictly implement product quality inspection procedures.
Together with the Executive Board of the company Trade Union, he suggested the leader to build targets and reward policies for each individual and group when they have outstanding working achievements and initiatives in production renovation as well as saving practice.
For each order, he analyzes the intended user and the application environment to make an overall assessment and select appropriate materials for production. Thereby, the enterprise's products meet the requirements of partners, improving business efficiency and stabilizing job for workers.
The Party Committee of the Provincial Business Sector has actively learn and followed Uncle Ho. Along with political and ideological education for cadres, party members, union members and workers, each party unit has implemented 5 standards of learning and following late President in accordance with the specific characteristics of business and production.
In the past two years, the Party Committee had 797 good jobs of collectives and more than 7,600 good jobs of individuals registered and implemented.

Promoting to learn and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics and style, the provincial Confederation of Labor has paid attention to directing trade unions at all levels in the business sector to develop implementation programs and plans in association with their tasks.

In the past two years, the trade unions at businesses have coordinated with grassroots party committees to organize more than 200 activities, propaganda and study sessions for thousands of officials, union members and workers to research and study Directive 05.
The propaganda methods were renovated to ensure they are suitable for workers and party organizations in businesses. Social networks such as Zalo and Facebook are used to disseminate information and carry out work, helping speed up the progress of tasks, saving costs and time.
Many businesses have come up with creative ways. For example, Bac Giang Electricity Company promotes digital transformation in business through automatic debt deduction services from banking applications and e-wallets.
In addition, the grassroots trade union along with business leaders listen to the thoughts and aspirations of workers then encourage them to be active in production and business, creating a bond between both sides.
Chairman of the Provincial Confederation of Labor Nguyen Van Canh said that to improve the quality of implementation of Directive 05, the Provincial Confederation of Labor attaches to inspect the results of learning and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics and style with annual union activities.
The labour confederation also promotes patriotic emulation movements; contents and criteria to improve labor productivity while regularly praising and honoring typical businesses, collectives and individuals to help boost up the emulation movement and create motivation for workers.
