It was the first time a large scale festival had been held with the participation form nearly 600 athletes from 30 grass roots unions under the provincial Youth Union in the Enterprise Block and more than 1,000 audiences.

The prize winners are awarded at the festival.

The athletes competed in 4 games of football, badminton, tug of war and tennis. The one day festival created a helpful playground to practise physical health, enhance the strength as well exchanging environment for the youth workers and labors.

On the occasion, the provincial Youth Union presented the “Outstanding youth worker” title to 15 young workers and labors from many local enterprises who have made the invention during working and producing to benefit the enterprises; contributed to saving the workforce, preventing the worn out machinery and improving the product value.
