Joining hands to consume Bac Giang lychees
The Factory has more than 100 workers. In every afternoon, all present at the Factory to receive fresh lychee cargos passing 300 km distance from Bac Giang lychee hub to Muong Khuong.

After the lychee trucks gather at the Factory, the fruits are unloaded carefully then bring into cold storage of 5 to 10 degree Celsius to keep the freshness and quality for processing in early morning of the next day.

The fresh lychees are preliminarily processed, sterilized by salt and calcium, drained and soaked in sugar, canned and cooked at 94 degree Celsius in 20 minutes.

Everyday, the Factory processes about 8 to 10 tonnes of fresh lychee which are equal to 15,000 cans of lychee soaked in water, each weights 300gr.

All products are carefully checked before supplying to domestic markets of Ho Chi Minh city, Da Nang and Hanoi, which cannot meet current demand.

As schedule, the Factory will purchase about 300 tonnes of fresh lychee for processing in this crop. Processing is an effective method to consume Bac Giang lychee.
