A representative of the investors reports on the project execution schedule.

The project is executed in Song Khe commune (Bac Giang city) and invested by the Hoang Phuc Management and Investment Company Limited and the Hai Trinh Hai Nam Financial Management Joint Stock Company (China). It is represented by Bac Giang based International Logistics Company Limited.

The investors have to date collaborated with Bac Giang municipal authority to complete 67.13 out of 67.87 hectares of land clearance, accounting for 98.9 percent while enumerating the remaining 0.74 hectares of land. Also, the contractors have dredged over 22,800 cubic meters of organic mud and leveled 165,000 cubic meters of ground.

After discussion, representative of competent agencies evaluated the current schedule is delayed comparing to the plan. Basically, the overall plant was handed over, leaving just a small part to be handled. However, the investors have not focused their high determination and mobilized the sources on project execution. The actual construction volume was low and a lot of works have not been completed according to the requirement of Bac Giang municipal authority, relevant departments and agencies.

Addressing at the event, Vice Chairman Duong Van Thai stressed that though it is one of the key projects in the province with prioritized policy, particularly in land clearance, the investors have yet to follow the progress commitment. After the meeting, the enterprises should promptly complete the legal document and formalities as well as supplement the construction design drawing in line with the comment from the Department of Construction and recalculate the foundation elevation comparing to the master plant and water drainage system.

Meanwhile, he urged the contractors to speed up the leveling and building progress, especially capital arrangement toward project execution on progress. The construction is commenced only when all the necessary procedures are done. As scheduled, it will be completed within July 2019.
