Muong ethnic teacher wholeheartedly dedicates to students
Born and grown-up in Ky Son district (Hoa Binh province), after graduating from Thai Nguyen University of Education in 2007, Chinh moved to work at Tu Son High School. Because she lived in the mountainous hamlets for whole childhood, Chinh deeply sympathizes with the ethnic students in this school and stays close to them.

During 12 years, Chinh pays wholehearted dedication to the students. Apart from teaching Literature, taking the role of teacher – in – charge, teacher Chinh is responsible for fostering the group of excellent students for provincial contest and the thematic of the professional groups as well as Trade Union and Youth Union activities.
Before each lesson, she thoroughly prepares the syllabus and practices her skill of communication to deliver the knowledge to the students so as to help them understand the Literature easily and inspire the passion for studying. When teacher Chinh knew about the intention to drop out of school of many students in the local ethnic remote area, she visited each family in person to encourage them to follow the study.
Also, she calls for the support from the colleagues, students and kind-hearted people to help the students living in difficult circumstance. Chinh always strives to well fulfil any assigned task. Her students won 8 provincial prizes while 100 percent of the twelveth graders in her in – charge classes graduated from the school.

Thanks to the great effort, Chinh has gained the title of excellent teacher and labor for consecutive years. Additionally, she has been honored in the emulative movement such as the certificate of merit bestowed by Director of Department of Education and Training since 2012 till 2015 and several rewards from all levels and sectors.
Chinh shared that the most valuable award for her is the acknowledgement and gratitude of many generations of students as well as the belief of their parents.
On every occasion of Vietnam Teacher’s Day or Lunar New Year, many old students return to visit her. It is the happiness and motivation for teacher Nguyen Thi Chinh to continue striving and dedicating to the teaching career.
