Over 91.5 billion VND was loaned to pay for salary in production recovery because the businesses must suspend the operation per request from authorized state bodies while the remaining amount was disbursed to pay for worker salary in suspension period. About 27,432 labours of these above companies benefited from the loan capital.

The firms with big loans are mostly in Viet Yen, Lang Giang, Luc Nam districts and Bac Giang city. The maximum loan period is 11 months with zero interest rate.

So far, Bac Giang has been the top leading provinces nationwide in term of capital disbursement per Resolution No.68.

To speed up the aid package, the provincial People’s Committee directed the departments, sectors and localities to continue communication, instruct people and enterprises to complete the procedure to benefit from supporting policies while ordering competent agencies to assign staff on duty at weekend to create at most favourable condition to labours and businesses to make capital loan profile.
