Over 5.3 million USD invested to route from provincial road No.295 to national road No.37

(BGO) – As scheduled in early May 2023, the Management Board of traffic and agriculture investment and construction project in Bac Giang province will commence a new route to connect the provincial road No.295 to the national road No.37 in Lang Giang district.

It totally stretches 3.2 kilometers with the first end at Km0+00 crossing the provincial road No.295 at Km12+545 in Tan Hung commune and the other end at Km3+ 195,87 passing the national road No.37 at Km40+324 in Huong Son commune.

The new route is designed in line with third class delta road standard, consisting of 12 meter road surface, 11 meter road bed of asphalt concrete overlay on crushed stone base, water drainage and traffic safety system.

The project will be executed in 2023 – 2025 period with total cost of over 126 billion VND (5.3 million USD) from the provincial public investment capital.

Upon completion, it will help gradually complete the traffic infrastructure and urban structure as the planning to serve the demand for socio-economic development, enhance the connectivity and lure more investors to local industrial parks and clusters.

Also, it suits the orientation of traffic development in Bac Giang province in 2021 – 2023 period with the vision to 2050.
