Plane compensation for international logistics infrastructure and warehouse project completed

(BGO) – The international logistics infrastructure and warehouse project in Bac Giang city was constructed in Song Khe commune (Bac Giang city, Bac Giang province) by the investors of Hoang Phuc Investment & Management Company Limited and Hai Trinh Hai Nam Asset Management Joint Stock Company (China) with the representative as BacGiang International Logistics Co.,Ltd.   

The project was totally invested 4.2 trillion VND (181.4 million USD) and divided into 3 phases from September 2016 till January 2025. During execution, the land reclaim and compensation for land clearance encountered many difficulties.

However, thanks to the application of suitable solutions, now the province reclaimed and compensated for 67.96 hectares (accounting for 100 percent of the plan) while handing over and leasing 16 hectares of land in the first period and making document for leasing 48.7 hectares of land in the second period.

Currently, the local authority has prepared the reclamation document to build the regional water discharge. Upon completion, the project is expected to create a modern Logistics center with multi-functions to serve the international trade exchanges.
