Each group is led by a Deputy Minister in direct charge to closely coordinate with authorities in Ho Chi Minh City and other southern localities, especially those implementing Directive No. 16/CT-TTg, to proactively and immediately resolve any arising tasks in epidemic prevention and control and related issues.
The groups should make daily reports to the Ministers and the National Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control, as well as promptly report matters beyond their authority.
As it’s a very important and urgent task, the Prime Minister requested the Ministers to focus on directing the groups’ operation to soon promote their effectiveness in supporting the epidemic prevention and control in Ho Chi Minh City and the southern localities.
