The Vice Chairman of the Bac Giang provincial People’s Committee and Chairman of the provincial Business Association Duong Van Thai addresses at the event.

Discussing on the construction material manufacturing sector, particularly the Adobe bricks, Nguyen Van Dinh, Director of Clever Joint Stock Company said the company has invested in several advanced machine and equipment for production with high-quality products.

Meanwhile, other businesses also produce the same brick with lower quality and price causing to the unfair situation when many contractors select the later products, hence Clever encountered many difficulties in brick consumption.

Besides, some manufacturers still follow ring furnace technology with much cheaper price leading to environmental pollution.

According to Truong Van Luong, Chief Executive Officer of Thinh Phat Trading Joint Stock Company, a lot of brick producers have not actively prepared the raw materials. They mostly rely on buying the farm soil from the farmers that make the great impact on the agricultural development plan.

“We expect the provincial People’s Committee will soon instruct to inspect and review the businesses which operate wrongly with low-quality products in order to have suitable handling solution”, Luong proposed.

The event also saw various comments on the shortcomings of policies relating to payment for land clearance before building the industrial park, cluster and urban area as well as business management of fertilizer and plant protection product among others.

Addressing at the event, Vice Chairman Duong Van Thai answered each question and proposal from the enterprises while pressing that the provincial authority always pays due attention to creating favor condition to business development.

“The lesson learned from the provincial industrial development for recent years is the accompanying of the local authority with the enterprises so as to timely handle any obstacle arising from the actual situation”, Thai shared.

According to Vice Chairman Thai, apart from the suitable policies and mechanism as well as the healthy competition environment, enterprises should build their own trademark with a due attention to products’ quality, appearance and price. Meanwhile, it is necessary to link the production with consumption and share the information among the business community.

Vice Chairman also urged the PBA Office to continue reviewing the situation, popularize the law and timely inform about new Government policies and mechanisms to the enterprises, helping them orient the investment and development appropriately.
