Recently, Hanoi – Bac Giang – Lang Son expressway has been invested and constructed to create key international transportation economic corridor in the North East of the country and the shortest route to link Hanoi capital to Friendship International Border gate (Lang Son province).

It is also the smooth road to export commodities to China, contributing to build strong driving force to accelerate the socio-economic growth in the regional localities, including Bac Giang.

On October 18, 2021, the Prime Minister issued document No. 1390/TTg-CN assigning Bac Giang province to invest to build and expand Nhu Nguyet bridge by local budget.

At the meeting, after listening to the reports and draft resolution of the Economic and Budget Board, the provincial People’s Council reviewed and approved for four resolutions.

Four resolutions are approved at the meeting.

They included Decision of investment policy to build Nhu Nguyet bridge in Bac Giang province; Approval for added list of projects to reclaim the land, change the purpose of land use from field cultivation into other ones in 2021; Decision to adjust the investment policy to revamping and expanding project of provincial road No.289 at Chu – Khuon Than section (Luc Ngan district); Decision to adjust investment policy to investment and construction project of frontage road on the right of Bac Giang – Lang Son expressway at the section from the over pass of provincial road No.295 to the intersection of national road No.37 (Lang Giang district).

Bac Giang works to remove "bottlenecks" in transport of goods from/to China
