Teacher Dung was born in Tien Dung commune (Yen Dung district). She has taught at Son Dong High School No. 1 since 2016.

As a young teacher, she always actively applies many teaching methods to encourage students’ participation in the lesson through presentation, group discussion and inspire their passion for study.

For three last school years, she has fostered the school's team of excellent students in Biology to win prize at the provincial level contest. With many efforts, after 4 years of teaching at a highland school, Dung has won the title of excellent teacher at the provincial level for the 2020-2024 cycle and a grassroots emulation soldier for 3 consecutive years (2020-2022). .

In the 2022-2023 school year, she was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Chairman of Son Dong District People's Committee for her outstanding achievements in fostering excellent students in Biology at the provincial level and a Certificate of Merit for outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "Innovation and creativity in management, teaching and learning" by the Minister of Education and Training.
