The event was attended by Tran Sy Thanh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee; Le Thi Thu Hong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council among others.

The Route has a total length of 4.2 km, including the main and branch routes. Total project investment is more than 194 billion VND (nearly 8.2 million USD).

During the construction process, in addition to the close direction of Hanoi City and the participation of the entire political system of Soc Son district, the project received attention and support from Bac Giang province in terms of supplies and materials.

Speaking at the ceremony, leader of Hanoi People's Committee affirmed that the project completion will play a strategic role to create a traffic network linking Hanoi City with Bac Giang province and neighboring provinces, complete Ring Road 4 through Bac Giang province.

After being put into use, the it will connect industrial parks and clusters of Bac Giang province with industrial parks in Hanoi City and Vinh Phuc province along Ring Road 4, thereby helping promote the efficiency of the new and existed projects, creating new development space, attracting investors, exploiting land use potential to boost economic development growth and ensure the social security.

This was an important event of great significance, meeting the expectations of the Party Committee, government and people of Hiep Hoa and Soc Son districts in particular and Bac Giang province and Hanoi city in general.

In early 2024, Hiep Hoa and Soc Son districts coordinated to organize the technical opening of Xuan Cam bridge.

So far, the entire Xuan Cam bridge project and its paths on two banks of the Cau River have been basically completed.

At the ceremony, leaders of Hanoi City and Bac Giang province and delegates performed ribbon cutting ceremony to technically open the route to traffic.
