The Project is executed on 377 hectares of land in Yen Lu commune by Capella Capella Real Estate Joint Stock Company with total investment of nearly 2,692 billion VND (114.6 million USD).

The site work is divided into three phases. As schedule, over 171 hectares of land will be cleared on the first phase, 107 hectares on second phase and remaining on the last one.

Yen Dung district People’s Committee has cleared nearly 138 out of 377 hectares of land with total paid amount of nearly 309 billion VND.

Concluding the event, PPC Vice Chairman Phan The Tuan urged Yen Dung district to remove difficulties and obstacles to complete the site work as requirement. He ordered the district to complete the whole project area in the first and second phases before July 30 this year while the remaining one must be cleared by this year end.

To smoothly clear the land, the project investor must strictly cooperate with locality to timely pay the compensation amount for the local, urgently construct infrastructure right after receiving the land.

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Construction, the Management Board of the provincial Industrial Park were requested to base on function and task to support localities and investor in defining the land origin, compensating for land clearance as legal regulation, proceeding formalities of construction and investment to create smooth business environment.
