210 Bac Giang labours submit document to work at Korea

(BGO) - From June 11 - 13, the second facility of Bac Giang provincial Job Service Center (Center) under the Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (DoLISA) completed to instruct and receive labour profiles who registered to work at the Republic of Korea (RoK).

To facilitate the labours in profile completion, DoLISA and Center mobilized 10 staff to welcome them and provide direct assistance.

DoLISA staff receives labours’ profiles to register to work at RoK.

As the result, 210 out of 217 people who passed the Korean test held in February 2022 to work abroad under the Employment Permit System (Korea's flagship temporary labor migration program) in 2021 submitted profile. The others did not register due to lack of health condition.

As regulation, the provincial DoLISA will transfer these profiles to the Center of Overseas Labour (Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs) for RoK businesses to select qualified candidates.

Bac Giang now has about 1,500 labours working at RoK with average income of 25 million VND (over 1,000 USD) per month.
