As many as 5,400 tonnes of fresh lychees have been exported to China via Lao Cai province’s Kim Thanh II international border gate since the beginning of the harvesting season, according to Pham Van Phuc, deputy head of Customs Office at Lao Cai International Border Gate.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade held a meeting with Vietnam Trade Offices abroad on May 31 to discuss ways to boost the exports of lychees and longans as many northern localities are harvesting the fruits.

(BGO) – The Immigration Department (Ministry of Public Security) has allowed 160 Chinese traders to enter Vietnam and buy Bac Giang’s lychee for export. They will receive the visa at Huu Nghi Border gate in Lang Son province.
